Same-day Yellow Fever appointment for my Kenya safari — Sanjay walked me through everything. Got the ICVP certificate before I left. Couldn't have been more impressed.

Travelling with my 6-year-old to India and worried about the kids' vaccines. Patient, gentle, no rush — she didn't even cry. Pricing was crystal clear up front.

Multi-country South America trip — Brazil, Peru, Bolivia. They built one single plan covering Yellow Fever for the Amazon plus Hep A and Typhoid. Saved me hundreds vs the high-street pharmacy quote.

Frequently asked

Questions, clearly answered.

Everything our travellers ask before they book — from how far in advance to come in, to what's on your certificate.

We recommend 6–8 weeks before travel for full courses such as Hepatitis B, Rabies, or Japanese Encephalitis. 4 weeks is usually enough for single-dose vaccines like Yellow Fever or Typhoid. If you're leaving sooner, don't worry — accelerated schedules and same-day appointments are available where stock allows. Even partial protection is better than none.
Walk-ins are welcome where availability allows, but we strongly recommend booking online to guarantee a slot. Most travellers are seen the same week — many on the same day. Booking takes about 60 seconds and lets us prepare your travel risk assessment before you arrive.
Yes. For Yellow Fever and Meningitis ACWY, we issue the official International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis (ICVP) at the clinic. Per WHO guidance, the Yellow Fever ICVP becomes valid 10 days after vaccination and is now considered lifelong protection — no booster is required.
All vaccinations at Aqua are administered by GPhC-registered pharmacists trained specifically in travel health. We operate as a General Pharmaceutical Council-registered premises (Premises 1123406) under Superintendent Pharmacist Sanjay Patel (GPhC 2045157). You can verify both on the GPhC public register.
Our travel vaccine prices range from £30 per dose (Tetanus/Polio/Diphtheria) up to £105 per dose (Japanese Encephalitis) — see our pricing page for the full list. We charge per dose with no separate consultation or appointment fee. Card payments are accepted in clinic.
Yes. We vaccinate children, with the minimum age depending on the specific vaccine — most travel vaccines start from 1 year, some from as early as 2 months. Please bring your child's red book or NHS vaccination record if you have it, so we can avoid any unnecessary repeat doses.
We stock the full UK travel and routine vaccine catalogue. If a vaccine exists in the UK, we almost certainly hold it. Book a travel consultation and we'll build a vaccine plan for your full itinerary based on the latest NaTHNaC / TravelHealthPro guidance for each country and activity.
We're at 59 Mill Lane, West Hampstead, London NW6 1NB — about a 4-minute walk from West Hampstead Underground (Jubilee line) and West Hampstead Thameslink. We're open Monday to Saturday; check our footer or contact page for current daily hours.
